I don’t work in a vacuum. My knowledge is not a product of textbooks, but a result of deep, sustained engagement with the Indigenous collective, the traditional healers, the community advocates, and the sovereign leaders who carry our shared wisdom.
I founded Tall Bear LLC to be a bridge between this collective truth and the global institutions that often struggle to understand it. My work is about ensuring that when Indigenous knowledge enters the room, whether it’s a global health gathering or a clinical research summit, it isn't there to be "assimilated." It is there to lead.

Where Traditional Wisdom Meets Global Strategy
I have stood at the intersection of ancient practice and modern science. From advising on cancer research and NIH-funded traditional medicine summits to presenting alongside traditional healers at PAHO gatherings, I have seen the same recurring challenge: Institutions want our insight, but they aren't always ready for our independence.
